She launched Forbes featured, sustainable fashion brand, daph. in 2017 with the goal of showcasing Peruvian heritage and resources. Through her consulting business, Daphne empowers creative entrepreneurs and small businesses in the fashion industry to confidently scale sustainably and reach their monetary goals with a personalized strategy to align all aspects of their business.

Jessica Conick comes from a corporate retail and media background and is a maker, marketer, and consultant with 15 years of experience in brand marketing, public relations, retail, growth strategy, and events for the fashion, beauty, home and non-profit industries. She is marketing minded, operations oriented and a strategic seller. The intersection of creativity and science of consumer behavior keep her obsessed with modern marketing and brand growth.

Daphne and Jessica connected at local industry events over their mutual passion for marketing, business strategy and sustainable fashion startups - which they were both founding around the same time. They've since learned to love working together volunteering on the board of The Fashion Group International of Saint Louis (FGI) hosting educational (but always fun!) workshops and discussions with other business owners so it was only natural to join forces and create EMERGE The Agency! Together they help brands scale through wholesale, marketing, ecommerce and operations strategy.
